We offer a comprehensive one-year warranty covering a range of manufacturing and material issues. After the warranty period, you can still bring your piece to us for repairs at a reduced cost.

Our one-year warranty includes:

Repair of chain breaks (except in cases requiring special welding or damage from improper use)

Repair of broken earring posts and reinforcement of locking mechanisms on huggie-style hoop earrings

Resetting a lost stone, if the original stone is returned and its size does not exceed 1.3mm. If the stone is lost, please contact us for a price quote

Renewal of white rhodium plating or darkening rhodium finishes
Warranty exclusions:

Damage from normal wear and tear, scratches, stretching, impacts, or improper use

Repairs made by unauthorized third parties

Loss or theft of jewelry
Ring resizing:

For custom-made rings, resizing is free within four months of purchase for up to one U.S. ring size change

Larger size changes require evaluation and a custom quote

For rings purchased from stock, resizing is available within approximately 14 business days from purchase, contingent on the ring being returned unused in its original packaging
Please note that some models may not be resizable. We recommend verifying size options when ordering and consulting with us before finalizing your purchase.
Jewelry cleaning and refresh:

We offer complimentary jewelry cleaning and renewal services once per year for any piece purchased from Eliore, with no time limitations.
