Delivery Methods:

We deliver nationwide via trusted courier services with door-to-door delivery. For remote locations, delivery may take additional days (up to 10 business days).
Shipping Costs:

Free shipping on orders over ₪2,000.

For orders under ₪2,000, a flat shipping fee of ₪25 applies.
Store Pickup:

Customers can choose free store pickup at our studio by appointment.
Order Tracking:

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/text with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
eturns and Exchanges for Custom-Made Jewelry
Items that are custom-made or designed specifically according to customer requests are not eligible for exchange, refund, or store credit.
Since all rings and jewelry are crafted according to your exact size and specifications, returns or exchanges for custom pieces cannot be accepted.
Returns and Exchanges for In-Stock Items
Jewelry purchased from our existing stock may be returned within 14 business days from the date of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Refunds will be issued in accordance with consumer protection laws, subject to a restocking fee of 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.
For purchases over 3,000 NIS, refunds are not allowed by law; however, exchanges or store credit for use in-store or online are available.
