Shipping within Israel

-Courier Delivery to your doorstep - Arrives within 3-7 business days to all parts of the country.

-Same day express delivery - cost varies by the location of the shipment, contact for inquiries.

-Once your item has been dispatched, we will notify you via email or text with your tracking number. If notified via email, please check your spam/junk mail folders for order confirmations and tracking information.

International
Shipping

-International shipping at a charge rate of 40$, Arrives within 3-5 business days to the US & Europe and within 5-7 days to anywhere else.

-Domestic Shipping & Pick Up (Israel Only)

Please note that transit time excludes the time we need to make your order.

 The above delivery times are estimates only and eliore cannot be accountable for late deliveries. Please provide eliore with correct shipping/delivery information as we will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses . We are unable to redirect orders after items have been dispatched and we cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.

Echanges & Returns

We will happily exchange an item for a different size within 14 days of receiving the item.

Please note size exchanges may incur a fee. Postage to send an item back for an exchange will be at the customer’s own expense. 

We will repair any items with manufacturing faults within the first 6 months from the purchase date. In this case, proof of purchase must be provided. Manufacturing faults do not include: damage or wear and tear, oxidized or fading plating, broken chain, cracked or broken stones or pearls, or bending of rings or earrings etc. Our products are custom made therefore re funds will not be accepted simply for change of mind. Please consider this prior to placing your order. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer care team at info@eliorejewel.com for any questions you may have before making a purchase.

How to make a
return or exhange

To exchange or receive a credit for your purchase, all eliore jewelry must be returned in its original, unworn condition and carefully repackaged in the original protective packaging.

We will not exchange goods that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear. If the product is damaged, not in its original saleable condition or show signs of wear, the product will be returned to the buyer at their own expense.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, and one of our team members will contact you back.
