Order&Purchase

9. The company's computers records will constitute complete and final proof of the customer's willingness to place the order in accordance with the order details that appear on it, as entered

10. The company undertakes to deliver the product between 14-30 business days from the
date of approval of the purchase. However, it is possible that the company will deliver
the product earlier than stated here. The customer will not have any claim in respect of any

Delivery&Shipment
1. Delivery of the products to the customer will be made by courier company

will be made by registered mail.
3. The company is not responsible for delays of the various shipping companies.
The possibility of ordering from the site is limited to areas in accordance with the distribution map of the Israel Post.

6. International delivery will be made by the company by courier delivery to your home for a fee of US $ 40. The company is not responsible for additional payments and charges such as VAT or taxes .The customer will be charged for delivery to another country outside Israel in accordance with their order and the customer hereby undertakes to bear all the accompanying payments for transportation to the country abroad.

Exchange and Return Policy
1.We will happily exchange an item for a different size within 14 days of receiving the item.
Please note size exchanges may incur a fee. Postage to send an item back for an exchange will be at the customer’s own expense.

2.We will repair any items with manufacturing faults within the first 6 months from the purchase date. In this case, proof of purchase must be provided. Manufacturing faults do not include: damage or wear and tear, oxidized or fading plating, broken chain, cracked or broken stones or pearls, or bending of rings or earrings etc.
3.Our products are custom made therefore re funds will not be accepted simply for change of mind. Please consider this prior to placing your order.

5.To exchange or receive a credit for your purchase, all eliore jewelry must be returned in its original, unworn condition and carefully repackaged in the original protective packaging.
6.We will not exchange goods that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear. If the product is damaged, not in its original saleable condition or show signs of wear, the product will be returned to the buyer at their own expense.
7.To request a return or exchange, email us at info@eliorejewel.com to request your
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, and one of our team members will contact you back.
Confidentiality
Subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law 1981.
In the hands of the customer (not the recipient) it is possible to cancel an order made in
accordance with the following conditions:
1. The right of cancellation as stated in the regulations will not apply to jewelry over NIS 3,000.
2. Financial credit for jewelry as stated by law: It is not possible to return and receive a credit
and / or exchange a custom designe or created item that was specially prepared for the customer,
or specially adapted for the customer, including designs from the collection with special diamonds purchased especially for the customer and / Or manufactured according to special guidelines.
3. The jewelry can be replaced in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt and only if it
is not used at all, a refund will be given within 2 business days.
4. All credit will be transferred to the credit card where the order was made only, and in
accordance with the schedules of the credit company.
Cancellation of the order before sending the product to the customer will not result in an
additional charge and the customer will be refunded the money he paid for the transaction less a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
6. In any case of cancellation of a transaction, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction
price or NIS 100, whichever is lower, will be deducted from the refund.
7. In case of cancellation of a transaction after a product has been shipped to the customer
a monetary credit will be given, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total credit given
provided the item is returned without use or defect or damage and with the label on it as received.
If the product is returned not as stated in this section, the customer will not be credited
(no monetary credit and no credit voucher).
8. The Company has the sole discretion regarding the condition of the returned goods.
9. No monetary credit will be given for an item for which no monetary consideration
has been paid, such as promotions or gifts to the customer.
